Section titled “Budgeting”Budgeting covers everything you need to define how service charges are calculated and collected across your development.
Start by setting up your budget codes to categorise income and expenditure, then define cycles to control your financial year, and schedules to allocate charges to units. Once these are in place, billing generates the service charge invoices for each cycle.
