Quick Requests

Quick Requests is the simplified request submission screen available to residents in the portal. It presents request categories visually, allowing residents to quickly report issues without navigating a full form.

From a management perspective, configuring the available categories and their display order determines what residents see here. Request categories marked as “offer external” appear on this screen.
