Fixed Asset Types
Fixed Asset Types define the categories used to classify physical assets maintained by the OMC. Examples include Lift, Roof, Boiler, CCTV System and Fire Alarm Panel. These types are assigned to individual Fixed Asset records to group and filter assets by category.
Defining clear asset types makes it easier to search for assets, target maintenance schedules, and report on the condition and value of assets across your managed portfolio.
List View
