Areas
Areas define named geographic or functional zones within a development — for example Block A, the East Wing, or the Commercial Quarter. Each area can be subdivided into cores (e.g. stairwells or lift lobbies) to reflect the physical layout in detail.
Areas and cores are used to classify units, allowing communications and service requests to be targeted at the right section of the development. They can also support more granular maintenance scheduling and asset management workflows.
