OMC List
The OMC List provides a high-level overview of all Owners Management Companies managed by your agency. Each row shows key health indicators for an OMC — open requests, outstanding to-dos, days of cash on hand, last reconciliation date, and current budget cycle status.
The sparkline columns (Weekly and Monthly analysis) give a quick visual of request volumes over time, making it easy to spot which OMCs are busy and which may need attention. The view can be filtered to show only your own OMCs, those you manage or administer, or all active OMCs across the agency.
List View

| OMC | link | The display name of this OMC as it appears across the system. |
| Y/E | text | The financial year-end date for this OMC, shown as month and day (e.g. 31 Dec). |
| Last Rec | date | The date the bank account for this OMC was last reconciled. |
| Last Pull | dateTime | The date and time the latest data was last synchronised from the accounting system. |
| Budget Status | picklist | The current stage of the service charge budget cycle — from Editing through to Billed. |
| Days Cash | number | The number of days of operating cash currently held by this OMC based on recent expenditure. |
| Requests | link | The number of service requests currently open for this OMC — click to view them. |
| Weekly Analysis of requests | link | A sparkline chart showing weekly request volumes for this OMC over recent weeks. |
| Monthly analysis of requests | link | A sparkline chart showing monthly request volumes for this OMC over recent months. |
| Actions | link | The number of outstanding to-do actions recorded against this OMC — click to view them. |
| Jobs | link | The number of recurring maintenance jobs configured for this OMC — click to view them. |
| Ballots | link | The number of ballots (votes or polls) associated with this OMC — click to view them. |
| Merges | link | The number of mail merge runs recorded for this OMC — click to view them. |
| Actual Units | link | The number of units currently set up for this OMC — click to view the unit list. |
| People | link | The number of contacts (owners, residents and keyholders) registered against this OMC — click to view them. |
| Docs | link | The number of documents stored for this OMC — click to view them. |
| Manager | picklist | The property manager from your team who is primarily responsible for managing this OMC. |

| Days Cash | number | The number of days of operating cash currently held by this OMC based on recent expenditure. |
| Type | picklist | The type of development — Residential, Commercial, or a mix of both. |
| Legal Name | text | The registered legal name of this OMC as it appears on Companies Registration Office records. |
| Default Address | longText | The default postal address for this OMC, used on correspondence and documents. |
| Notes | longText | Internal notes about this OMC for use by the management team. |
| Do you manage the bank account | boolean | Indicates whether the management agency operates the bank account on behalf of this OMC. |
| Active | badge | When active, this OMC is included in all active views and reporting. Archived OMCs are hidden by default. |
| Requests | link | The number of service requests currently open for this OMC — click to view them. |
| Weekly Analysis of requests | link | A sparkline chart showing weekly request volumes for this OMC over recent weeks. |
| Monthly analysis of requests | link | A sparkline chart showing monthly request volumes for this OMC over recent months. |

| Year End Day | picklist | The day of the month on which this OMC's financial year ends. |
| Actual Units | link | The number of units currently set up for this OMC — click to view the unit list. |
| People | link | The number of contacts (owners, residents and keyholders) registered against this OMC — click to view them. |
| Docs | link | The number of documents stored for this OMC — click to view them. |
| Manager | picklist | The property manager from your team who is primarily responsible for managing this OMC. |
| Administrator | picklist | The administrator from your team who handles day-to-day administration for this OMC. |
| Finance | picklist | The team member responsible for financial tasks — invoicing, payments and reconciliation — for this OMC. |
| Caretaker | picklist | The caretaker or site manager assigned to this OMC. |
| Slug | text | The URL-friendly identifier used in web links for this OMC's resident portal. |
