The Owners & Residents section documents the resident-facing portal — the pages available to unit owners, residents and members when they log in to their portal account.

The portal gives residents a read-only or limited-action view of their unit, outstanding charges, relevant documents, and community activity. Pages here are simpler than their manager equivalents, focused on transparency and self-service rather than full administration.
