Debtors Analysis
Debtors Analysis shows the total outstanding service charge balance broken down by budget code and lease schedule. For each budget code, the analysis shows the total debit (charges raised) and credit (payments received) across each schedule — giving a clear view of where debt is concentrated.
This view is most useful for finance reporting and year-end analysis, providing a structured summary of outstanding receivables by income category rather than by individual unit.
