Ballot Administration
Ballots allow the OMC to conduct formal votes with owners and members electronically. Each ballot defines the question being voted on, who is eligible to vote, and the voting period.
Votes are cast by members through the resident portal. Results are tallied automatically and recorded against the ballot for compliance purposes. Ballots can be used for AGM resolutions, special levies, or any other decision that requires a formal member vote.

| Channel where this vote will happen | picklist | The channel where this ballot will appear. Members must have access to this channel to vote. |
| Area | text | Restrict this ballot to members in a specific area of the development. |
| Core | text | Restrict this ballot to members in a specific core or stairwell. |
| Type | text | Restrict this ballot to members with a specific unit type (e.g. Apartment only). |
| Category | text | Restrict this ballot to members with a specific unit category (e.g. 2 Bed only). |
