Fixed Assets

Fixed Assets record the physical assets owned or maintained by the OMC — such as lifts, pumps, boilers, CCTV systems and common area equipment. Each asset is classified by type and tracked with details such as serial numbers, warranty information and expected lifespan.

Linking assets to service requests builds a maintenance history for each asset over time. Attachments — manuals, certificates, warranties — can be stored directly on the asset record. The Actions tab lets you track outstanding tasks related to the asset, so nothing falls through the cracks.

List View

Column	Type	Description
Name	text	The name or label identifying this fixed asset.
Area	picklist	The area of the development where this asset is located.
Type	text	The type or category of this fixed asset.
Supplier	text	The supplier or service provider associated with maintaining this asset.
Description	text	A brief description of this asset.
Quantity	number	The number of units of this asset.
Purchase Date	date	The date this asset was purchased.
Warranty End	date	The date the warranty on this asset expires.
