Team Users

Team Users provides a cross-reference of contacts against their portal login status and assigned roles. The list covers all contacts in the system — owners, residents, directors and others — letting you see at a glance who has registered for portal access, when they last logged in, and what role they hold.

Built-in views help you identify contacts who have never registered, those who have logged in recently, and those with unit-related roles. For each record you can see the contact’s role start and end dates, login history, and a full audit trail of actions they have taken in the system.

Profile link The contact profile for this person.
Unit link The unit this person is associated with.
User Name text The portal login username for this person.
Email Address text The email address used for portal access and notifications.
Phone phone Phone number for this person.
Address longText Postal address for this person.
Role text The role this person holds in the OMC (e.g. Owner, Resident, Director).
From date The date from which this person's role is active.
Until date The date until which this person's role is active.
Last Login dateTime The most recent date and time this person logged into the member portal.
Login Count number Total number of times this person has logged into the member portal.

Object Id text The identifier of the record that was changed.
Model text The data model that was modified.
Model Id text The database identifier of the modified record.
Revision text The version number after this change.
Action text The type of action performed (create, update, delete).
