ToDo Actions
ToDo Actions are tasks assigned to team members to track work that needs to be completed. They can be linked to specific OMCs, suppliers, units or contacts, and given a due date and priority to help manage workload across your team.
Actions can be created ad hoc or generated automatically by workflows. They appear in personal and team dashboards so nothing gets overlooked. Built-in views let you filter by what’s assigned to you, what’s overdue, or what’s open across all your managed OMCs.
List View

| Owned By | picklist | The team member responsible for completing this action. |
| Planned Date | date | The date this action is scheduled to be completed. |
| Owner Management Company | text | The Owners Management Company this action relates to. |
| Request | link | The service request associated with this action. |
| Contact | link | The contact person linked to this action. |
| Unit | link | The unit associated with this action. |
| Time Spent | number | Time logged against this action. |
| Done | icon | Indicates whether this action has been completed. |
| Created | dateTime | The date and time this action was created. |
| Created By | picklist | The team member who created this action. |
| Owner Read | dateTime | The date and time the assigned owner first viewed this action. |
| Completed By | picklist | The team member who marked this action as complete. |
| Template | link | The request template this action was generated from. |
| Property Manager | picklist | The property manager assigned to the OMC for this action. |
