My Requests

My Requests is the resident-portal view of service requests. From a management perspective, this shows the requests that an owner or resident can see when they log into the portal — those they submitted themselves or that relate to their unit.

This page helps managers understand what residents can see, and verify that the portal is showing appropriate information to the right people.
