Overview
OMC Professional
Section titled “OMC Professional”If you are a property management agent, this section is built around your working day.
The bulk of an agent’s job is managing requests — from members reporting issues, from directors asking for follow-up, from contractors needing coordination. omcSoftware is designed to handle all of that in one place, rather than across a tangle of emails, spreadsheets and phone notes. The pages in this section cover the request tools first, because that is where most of your time goes.
Communication That Stays Together
Section titled “Communication That Stays Together”The most common pain point agents describe is that every request spawns an email thread nobody else can see. omcSoftware keeps all communication — inbound emails, your replies, contractor correspondence, attachments — linked to the request they belong to. When a colleague needs to cover for you, they see everything. When a director asks what happened with a job from six months ago, you can show them in seconds.
Conversation threads let you correspond directly with followers (the member, a contractor, a director) from within the system. Replies come back by email and are automatically attached to the request — no copy-pasting, no lost threads.
Self-Service for Owners and Contacts
Section titled “Self-Service for Owners and Contacts”A significant portion of agent time goes on administrative tasks that members could handle themselves if they had a way to. omcCommunity gives owners and residents a portal where they can submit requests, track their progress, update contact details, record changes of residents, and access OMC documents — without needing to call or email the agent.
Fewer inbound calls and emails means more time on things that actually need your attention.
Visibility Across Your Portfolio
Section titled “Visibility Across Your Portfolio”The agent dashboard gives you a live view across your entire portfolio. You can see at a glance which OMCs have overdue requests, which actions need attention today, and what has come in overnight — all in one screen rather than switching between files or inboxes.
Access to OMC Professional requires an agent login, separate from the member login used in OMC Community.
