Overview

Owners & Residents can all log in to OurOMC. As soon as an email address is associated to a unit in the system, the owner of that email address can login to the system. If the email address has been associated as a resident, then the user will only be allowed to review Posts, Ballots and Documents that have been shared explicitly with the residents channel.

Users who are associated as owners or owner occupiers, can view all information posted in the residents channel AND all data for the members channel.

In addition, owners can review their unit data, update details and view their service charge accounts.

Both owners & residents can log requests in the system through the My Requests function

The portal gives residents a read-only or limited-action view of their unit, outstanding charges, relevant documents, and community activity. Pages here are simpler than their manager equivalents, focused on transparency and self-service rather than full administration.

Browse by topic:

  • Posts — community notices and announcements
  • Ballots — voting on OMC decisions
  • My Requests — submitting and tracking service requests
  • Quick Requests — fast-track request submission
  • Documents — shared OMC documents
  • My Unit — unit details, charges and account history
