Setting Up Your Account
Your account exists the moment your property manager adds your email address to the system — there is no separate sign-up step required. When you visit the login page you have three ways to access your account.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Section titled “Sign in with Google or Microsoft”The easiest and most secure option is to click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft. You are not creating a new account — you are simply letting Google or Microsoft confirm your identity. The only information shared is your email address, name, and profile picture; nothing else is accessed.
Which one should you use?
- If your email address ends in
@gmail.com, or you use Gmail to read your personal mail, choose Google. - If your email address is a work or school address managed by Microsoft (common with
.iebusiness domains, Office 365, or Outlook.com), choose Microsoft.
Sign in with a password
Section titled “Sign in with a password”If you prefer to use a password — or if your email is not linked to a Google or Microsoft account — you can set one up at any time using the Register / Reset Password flow shown below.
The same flow is used whether you are setting a password for the first time or resetting a forgotten one.
Terms of Service
Section titled “Terms of Service”Whichever way you sign in for the first time — Google, Microsoft, or password — you will be presented with our Terms of Service. You must scroll to the bottom and click Accept before you can access the system. This only happens once; subsequent logins go straight through.
